A properly implemented home sale program provides tax advantages not available through a direct reimbursement program. We offer several home sale program options to best address your needs.

• Inventory Management – We design and execute strategies to avoid the need for a corporate buy-out. If a home is taken into inventory, however, we will manage and re-list the property immediately and work to overcome any perceived negatives related to the property.

• Cost of Living Differential Calculation - Our cost of living analysis allows clients to offer their Relocatees a program to maintain an equivalent standard of living when relocating to a higher cost of living location. This service provides accurate cost of living estimates between origination and destination locations and can be customized, based on client policy parameters.

Departure & Destination Services

• Home Marketing Assistance - Our home marketing program is designed to sell the Relocatee’s residence for the highest possible price in the shortest period of time. We provide a rigorous agent selection process, ongoing counseling regarding marketing techniques and strategies, reporting to the Relocatee and the client throughout the process, and an ongoing assessment of the marketing plan for effectiveness.

• Home Finding Assistance - Our home finding program facilitates the process of locating a new home to best suit the needs of a Relocatee. We first help Relocatees assess and prioritize their needs and then work with the most respected local real estate brokers. We manage all aspects of home finding including introduction to the community, contract negotiations, contingencies, closings, and settling into the new residence.

• Household Goods Administration - Our moving services ensure your Relocatee’s belongings are shipped to their destination safely. Arrangements with industry leading van lines that must comply with our service provider standards allow us to provide reliable and cost efficient household goods shipping.

• Home Inspection – Our goal in the home inspection process is to ensure that the property is in acceptable repair and all parties agree to the physical conditions and terms. We work only with home inspectors who are trained, insured and qualified.

• Mortgage Coordination – We are dedicated to helping Relocatees secure the best loan by working with reputable and relocation-specialized mortgage lenders. We work with a number of nationally recognized mortgage providers to bring the Relocatee a broad and competitive selection of financing solutions.

• Home Closing Assistance - We deliver objective guidance and support to the Relocatee to ensure a problem free closing. In addition, our streamlined closing service eliminates the need for the Relocatee to attend the closing in person.

• Temporary Housing - We will help your Relocatees determine their temporary housing needs, and coordinate services with an approved member of our Service Provider Team.

• Renter Program Management - Our renter management program provides your renter population with the same high level of customer care and relocation coordination services provided to your homeowners.

• Professional Organizing Assistance - We will connect your Relocatees with professional organizers who provide extra assistance before, during and after the move, helping to reduce the workload for the Relocatee.

• Spouse/Family Assistance – We will provide your Relocatees with spouse/partner career assistance if necessary. Programs are customized to individual needs and delivery is guided by client policy.

• Global Relocation Assistance - Our level of assistance ranges from supporting select services to a complete outsourced relationship.
